Taylor Swift may be the most unique of pop artists: one who could effectively bridge the gap between pop and country and conquer the world. But it also smashed records across the globe. Swift took off to the peak of the charts with Speak Now. Her popularity only increased over her next three albums -- Red (2012) 1989 (2014) and Reputation (2017) -- which saw her move into a pop realm in which she was already a part. Her popularity grew even after she changed her strategy in 2020's more streamlined siblings folklore (and Evermore) and stayed at the top of the charts.
